According to a Senate Opportunity Fund survey, the majority of Americans blame President Joe Biden for historically high inflation and don’t think the Democratic party is on their side.
A report by Breitbart News coverage of the survey reported that 71 percent of Americans say the country is on the “wrong track,” and 50 percent “dislike” Biden.
Additionally, Another 56% disagree with his ideas, and 58% point the finger squarely at Biden for America’s record-high inflation. Republicans are cited as the cause by only 23% of respondents.
Furthermore, 70% of respondents have a tendency to think that Democrats and the Biden administration are “more concerned in furthering their progressive agenda than focused on tackling problems that matter to regular Americans like rising food and gas prices.”

When asked if they thought the Republican Party and the Democratic Party were on their side, the majority of respondents, 55 percent, said they didn’t. Only 36% thought the Democratic Party was on their side. Compared to 40% who stated the Republican Party is fighting for them, 48% claimed that it is not.
This is just one of the many surveys that show Democrats are losing the American people as gas and grocery prices remain high with no sign of relief. In an attempt to address the gas price issue directly in April, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) absolved themselves of responsibility by blaming oil and gas firms as well as Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
“No. I don’t think the public is blaming Democrats,” Pelosi said at the time. “I think they’re blaming oil companies. They will blame all of us if we don’t do something about the fossil fuel industry.”
